A bit more info: I have checked SCs panel when I press play the first time. I can see that it tries to establish connection but for some reason it resets it self after 5-10 seconds. When I press play the second time a second connection is shown and that starts playing. But after 1-2 minutes the sound starts to jitter. But when I deletes the first connection in the SCs panel the sound goes back to normal.
