I just upgraded to 7.0. I just unzipped the plugin and copied the XMRadio plugin folder on my MAC mini into
/User/mnelson/Library/Application Support/SqueezeCenter/Plugins Now when I go to setting/plugins on the squeezecenter web page I don't see any XMRadio plugin.
