I had the same problem and was just about to post when I and saw yours. I was able to corret the problem by setting the "show all playlist on top" (various settings) to "off". It also appears that the SB Controller does not read the preferences for which groups and playlists are enabled. I have most of the standard ones that come with Dynamic Playlists & TrackStat turned off. When I chnaged the setting mentioned above, I am now able to access Dynamic Playlists on the SBC, but I see all of them including the ones I have unchecked in the enabled playlists settings.
I don't no how this behaved in a previous version as I only just got my Duet yesterday.
