At a guess the Plugin URLs/web parsing have got out of date. I haven't tested RTE much since last year and RTE updated their web site.
If an URL works in Tune-in then just add it to Favorites and use that instead. I'll have a look at fixing the plugin shortly. In 6.x you could not have Radio URLs in Favorites so AlienBBC provided a home for RTE.
