I have the same problem. I must start Sirius from Squeeze Center. It's a real pain because my Mac is upstairs and my SB3 is downstairs. Also, I my SB does not show the name of the song playing, only the channel. You can't switch from channel to channel either unless you go back to the squeezecenter, clear the current channel and enter a new one.
