I noticed that the settings page was never properly showing me the current autoshuffle setting for each of my alarms. If I clicked it on and clicked Apply, the proper value would be saved in the prefs file, but the web page would always have the checkbox unchecked.
Rather than just posting this problem, I decided to take a look at the code and found a simple one liner fix. I added "autoshuffle" to the prefs array in the "handler" method of lib/Plugins/ExtendedAlarm/Settings.pm (around line 108).
