No it does not. However, there are improvements to fast-forward and rewind that are scheduled for SC7.1. These improvements are similar in UI to the songscanner plugin with much better integration. Given that, I expect the plugin to be obsoleted at 7.1 and don't plan to make any major updates (like Controller UI support).
