The "no url found" is usually because either the BBC page could not be fetched, request timed out before page was delivered or request is blocked.
1. To test blocking - check that you can play radio stations from "Staff Picks" such as GrooveSalad. 2. In case of timeout - change Settings/Advanced/Network/Radio Station timeout to something like 30. If still have problem then set the following logging as well network.asyncdns to INFO server to INFO Make them persistent as you want server logging info from startup.
