Hello, Mario. I had the same question ... for Melbourne. My solution was to go the weather.com website, search on the city you want ... and then note the code in the URL.
For Sydney, you will see that the URL is http://www.weather.com/outlook/travel/businesstraveler/local/ASXX0112?from=search_city Hence the Sydney city id to use with SDT is ASXX0112 !
