Same problem using SB3. Did exactly what you did, no LastFM in any SC7 menus. However, LastFM does now show up on my SB3 menu, but won't do anything. My LastFM account is properly setup in Plugins > LastFM > Settings.
Oddly, under "SC7 > Settings > Plugins > Plugin_Scrobbler > settings" there are five blank *fields* and a *bullet* and three boxes to add a *check mark* but there is absolutely no text next to any of these describing what they are for?
