Edit the plugin file and at the end you'll see:
Plugins::SuperDateTime::Plugin::addDisplayItem('OceanTides', "Lockwoods
Folly Inlet $5", "$hilow: $2ft., $3$ampm", 5);
Change the 5 to whatever you want and restart.
