clearly an update/cache/folder issue, had something similar yesterday on ubuntu. I would like to help but I'm without computer until monday night. I will check this then. In the meantime you could check the installation page on penguinlovesmusic and this thread again, there are some hints on what can go wrong on installation/upgrade
