I thought the same thing when I finally dug up squeezeslave atfer alot of digging, then I tested it and found it kept crashing my system and misbehaving. Admittedly I tried it in conjunction with the Moose frontend http://groups.google.com/group/moosenews and think that this was probably where the issues were coming from but just haven't had the time to test or contribute.
