James, just out of curiosity: You are keeping your own list of favorites for LastFM. Now I've tried the "Favorites" function on iPeng and found out that it works well with LastFM stations, that is, it can add them to the favorites and give 'em the correct label. And playing them from "Favorites" works as well. So why don't you use that, too? You can then have your favorite LastFM stations among the other favorites, which I find quite useful since I only have Radio Stations in my favorites and then they would all be in one place. You could still filter for LastFM stations to display them on your plugin's page.
What the iPeng function does is simply calling the CLI command "favorites add title:<title> url:<stream-url>".
