I haven't been able to duplicate the maxVersion problem, but I'll adjust the version numbers on this and my other plugins in the next couple of days. The display coming back on, not sure what's up with that. Something happening in the new SqueezeCenter. It doesn't appear to actually be coming from the plugin in anyway, so I need to track down why the server is resetting the brightness and how to get around it.
