The TrackStat ratings are stored in the database, so if you are deleting the Cache directory where the database is stored this also means that the TrackStat ratings are discarded.
The TrackStat backup takes backup of all TrackStat ratings, but if you have cleared the Cache you will have to remember to restore the backup afterwards. If you don't, you will lose all previous ratings and only new ratings will be stored in the next backups.
