The URLs that are least likely to change are HTTP ones that end with ram or rpm.
The BBC was supposedly making (as yet unannounced) changes to improve quality of service during April and May. Whenever such works are carried out the RTSP urls usually change and also service can be intermittent and may not connect first time.
