Hi Stuart, The plugin is superb. I think I was mistaken that a music library rescan was going on. I just noticed "ScannerFinder.exe" in the process list and it stays running once SC 7.0 starts up. However, it seems to be consuming very little cpu time or memory. I somehow assumed that scannerfinder.exe was the actual process which does the new/updated music scan for SC7. Do you know what this process actually does ? Is it normal for it to be always running (even if idle) in as a background process. I am almost certain that it wasn't appearing in the process list before I installed the LazySearch plugin.
