Well, I had to sign not to talk about what's new in the iPhone (and I
did not find any official links, yet), but I can tell you what will be
new on iPeng:

- no more two finger scrolling
- Generally faster and more responsive, especially on NowPlaying
screen
- improved handling of long lists when browsing (I'm not sure whether
that will be fully completed for July 11th but it will come), will be
much faster and more accessible.
- iPeng will not load every page separately but act more like an
application. Pages that are dynamically loaded will be loaded in the
background - this will be a bit similar to the new default skin but
without frames and definitely more lightweight.

Overall, this will give much better handling and will improve
responsiveness a lot.

If you want to learn more, you could register at Apple's iPhone dev
center (free) at developer.apple.com. If you do so, you acknowledge
their NDA but it will give you access to their specification documents,
which do contain some details.
