Hi nonreality and friends,

I upgraded my deathrig to MIP1.9b5 and it works without any issues.
(or seems to so far)

For the variables, the *ONLY* things you need to change are the mymip
and myss, the others are optional depending on your preference for the
mixing.

Some examples;
# MIP name and Port
If its all on the same box use something like
$mymip = "http://localhost:10002/";;
or if MIP is headless on another box somewhere then maybe;
$mymip = "http://mybasementcomputer:10002/";;

# SqueezeCentre name and Port
If its all on the same box use something like
$myss = "http://localhost:9000/";;
or if its on another box called oranges;
$myss = "http://oranges:9000/";;

Those two settings are the same that you pull up the web interface for
Squeezecentre and MIP headless.

# MIP Style - RANGE IS 0..200 (DEFAULT 20)
$mystyle = "&style=25";
or maybe;
$mystyle = "&style=200";

# MIP Variety   - RANGE IS 0...9 (DEFAULT 0)
$myvariety = "&variety=1";
or maybe;
$myvariety = "&variety=9";

MIP Filter
If you dont use filters, leave as;
$myfilter = "&filter=";
If you have a filter and its called upbeat
$myfilter = "&filter=upbeat";

If its bouncing tracks every few seconds it sounds more like you have
shuffle mode turned on, in which case it will all go downhill quite
rapidly unless you turn shuffle off ;)

Also ONLY select a single track, dont add an album it will get confused
tracking the playlist.. album mixing may come later but not for now.

Regarding Linux question.. no idea I dont run Linux, but let me know if
it works or not :)
