How about describing the problem ? What version of SC are you running ? How did you install AlienBBC zip or exe ? If you used the Windows exe installer what was the name of the file you used ?
Did you go through the post installation checklist ? At which point in the check did your installation fail ? such as: Do you have BBC menus ? Do you have RTSP entries in Settings/Advanced/Filetypes ? Can you find Listen Again programs ? If you try to play you get no audio ? You get audio but it stutters ?
