You can probably delete the slimserver folder. For some users who upgraded from 6.5 to 7.x the upgrade re-used the slimserver folder. However it looks like your installation has moved over to SqueezeCenter - in which case Slimserver folder is not being used.
You could check Settings/Status to see if any references to Slimserver directory.
