The integrated LastFM support is the option in the 'Music Services' menu. If you want to use SqueezeScrobbler (in the 'Internet Radio' menu) on 7.1 you need to upgrade to the latest version of SqueezeScrobbler as there was a change in 7.1 which broke the plugin.
However, there's no reason to continue using SqueezeScrobbler unless you live outside the UK/US/Germany and are prevented from using the official plugin.
