Thanks Mike for leading me in the right direction. I received some good information from Chris, a Logitech technician, as well who recommended a clean install of SqueezeNetwork. I might also note that there are two XM plugins available and the 2.0 version is the only one that works with SqueezeNetwork after editing the XML setup file version from 7.0+ to 7.1+. It's an easy fix, but it would be nice if the downloaded version included that change, which it probably will in the near future. Thanks everyone!
