OK - firstly, unpack to a temporary folder. You should have a folder named LazySearch2 with all contents in.
Next open the folder and using your favourite editor (eg. WordPad), edit the file install.xml. Change the <maxversion> value to something like 7.2+ Then move the entire folder to SqueezeCenter > server > Plugins.
