...I had the same problem initially and solved it by going to the HTML file that has the log on information (sorry, don't remember the name of the file and I'm not at home) and clearing it there. Then going back to settings on SC and re-entering it. I know this is kind of vague, but I think you might be able to figure it out. For some reason when I cleared user name and password in SC, it didn't change the HTML file and since you can't see the paaword.. Hope this helps a litlle and maybe someone can ident the file for us.
