I did, until I made a tiny little edit.... I edited the ...\Plugins\LazySearch2\install.xml file and replaced this line:
<maxVersion>7.1+</maxVersion> with this: <maxVersion>7.2</maxVersion> I couldn't see that there were any changes in 7.2 that would cause a problem to LazySearch, and it is now working fine.
