Could you post or mail me the backup file, or at least the XML section of the backup file that represents one of those tracks.
I've tried backup/restores from 7.0 to 7.2 with apostrophes and they seem to work in my setup. I currently don't have a 6.5 setup, so I can't see how the backup looks in that. It would also be interesting if you rated one of the apostrophe tracks and perform a backup in 7.1 and compared the backup section with the backup from 6.5 (or whatever release you were on before).
