ok, getting close here I think!
the entries in the amarok MySQL DB have filename:
Code:
--------------------
./music/collection/The Cure/Disintegration/8. Prayers for Rain.mp3
--------------------
whereas what the real filename is on disk is
Code:
--------------------
./media/500GB/music/collection/The Cure/Disintegration/8. Prayers for Rain.mp3
--------------------
(and yet amarok still updates statistics perfectly? strange?)
So possible solution is maybe to send a command to MySQL that changes
all of the urls to add in the /media/500GB/ part? Is this a good idea?
(is it possible?) How would I back up the MySQL Amarok DB before doing
this? Other approaches?
