Fixed it - both duets working now. I copied the transporter section of
prefs and edited the mac address only. (Also there was a typo in one
mac address it ends 0e and I had typed oe so that one would never have
worked!)

All I now need is a magic wand to get the wife using the system and it
will be brilliant.
