I like this plugin. It's like when I get in my wifes car and am blasted by the stereo every time I start the car, unlike in my car, where if the stereo was left on last time, it restarts at a sensible low volume.
A couple of suggestions though: The enable/disable menu might be more intuitive using the little toggle circle thingy (don't know the officical name) to make it clear what the current state is. When the plugin is first installed it currently defaults to a reset volume of 100% once enabled.
