My longstanding IR Blaster + SB3 setup stopped working after upgrading to SC 7.2, too. IR Blaster's debug logging showed that it was trying to send codes, but about 90% of the time the receiver didn't respond to the codes. I fixed the problem by using IR Blaster's Learning Mode to learn the codes to use (previously it used LIRC files I had downloaded).
