Just in case you hadn't seen it, I posted on this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=53171 regarding a way to directly get the mp3 streams from iPlayer. Working perl code (get_iplayer) is already out there and I believe triode has some plugin goodies in the works.
