I'm a first time user of SDT 5.7.0 with SqueezeCenter Version: 7.2 - 22900.
Problem: I cannot see stock quotes on the my SqueezeBox Duet Controller. I see the Current Conditions, Forecast, 10-Day Forecast and Scores on the Controller (Extras/SuperDateTime), but no stocks. I am in the pacific time zone. I have read several posts and took the following actions: enter YHOO only, commented out the offset code under "sub getStocks" from plugin.pm. Still reproducible. I set up SqueezeCenter to output debug messages for SDT. It looks OK to me: [08-10-01 15:18:19.1327] Plugins::SuperDateTime::Plugin::getStocks (2985) async request: http://finance.yahoo.com/d/quot es.csv?s=YHOO&f=sl1d1t1c1ohgvpn&e=.csv [08-10-01 15:18:19.3716] Plugins::SuperDateTime::Plugin::gotStocks (3009) got http://finance.yahoo.com/d/quotes.csv?s=YH OO&f=sl1d1t1c1ohgvpn&e=.csv But, when I paste "http://finance.yahoo.com/d/quotes.csv?s=YHOO&f=sl1d1t1c1ohgvpn&e=.csv"; into on IE browser and Save, I receive an error: [Windows Internet Explorer] Internet Explorer cannot download quotes.csv from download.finance.yahoo.com. Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later. Should this work? The instructions state: # 5. Enable screensaver for when a player is turned off from Player Settings web page. How do I do this with SqueezeCenter or the controller? I cannot find a way to set the screensaver from the SqueezeCenter web pages. On the controller, SDT does not appear under Settings/Screen/Screensavers. Why do I have to use SDT as a screensaver? Can't I just access it from Extras/SuperDateTime?
