Hi Tamanaco,

Yes you can already do this, use MIP filters would be the best option,
if you create filters in the MIP GUI for those genres, then refresh
your MIP headless (reload cache button), then they will be active from
the dropdown lists in SugarCube. 

(See the MIP GUI -> Right Click on the Home icon in the playlist/filter
column and click New Filter)

For the log settings, its completely silent unless its running in debug
mode.  I guess I should add in different levels but didnt think anybody
apart from me actually read them! ;)
