I've had no luck forcing an XM logout on other players when a new stream is selected to be played by the non-logged in player. I did find that the XM plugin causes a logout for the currently playing XM player when it is power cycled.
So, my new method for starting XM streams from the Duet controller is to: 1. See if any other players are currently playing and XM stream. 2. If so, power cycle them. 3. Play my XM stream on the new player. I've also found that the RetroBrowser plugin works well for XM login/logout, but that's quite a bit of thumb twiddling to get there.
