No - mplayer does not support RealAudio transported by HTTP protocol only by the RTSP protocol.
Adding http to the types would divert ALL HTTP stream to AlienBBC. If mplayer supported HTTP, it would be necessary to adding a new mime type (i.e. audio/x-pn-realaudio ) in the mime column of the "custom-types.conf" rather than than adding HTTP protocol.
