hurrah .....the problem was when i unpacked the mhcpan zip it created 2 mhcpan folders one inside the other cut and pasted the 3 folders and files into the first folder (if you know what i mean) and now the plug ins work fine thanks guys p.s. the plug ins are awesome thanks michael
