Assuming you are using 1.1 you can have a static text encapsulated with
quotation marks in the beginning of each format. The static text can
contain any characters beside " and ,
For example:
"Album: "ALBUM:10,"Artist: "ARTIST:5,"Track :"X_OF_Y:3

You should enter it exactly like this (with the quotation marks)
