So the Squeezebox plyer is connected to the mac? Are you sure it is not connected to SqueezeNetwork? What happens when you open up the SqueezeCenter Web interface (through <yourmac>:9000)? Did iPeng find the server? You know that when you can actually browse the library (you don't need a player for that). Is the server (your mac) on the same subnet as your iPhone? If not, iPeng cannot automatically detect the server and you have to enter the server's address manually (through settings).
