What directories does the different directory parameters in the Custom Browse settings page points to ?
Have you only specified a directory in the "Browse configuration directory" parameter or is also the rest of directory parameters filled with a value. If you have entered directory parameters in the Custom Browse settings they should typically point to different directories. If they already do, does any of them point to a directory that contains something else than Custom Browse files ? Does it work if you only have a value if the "Browse configuration directory" parameter ? Another thing that could cause problem is if you have many libraries defined with the Multi Library plugin.
