I'd love to get this plugin working as it's exactly what I'm looking for, given that the default prevent sys standby plugin only works for windows. I'm very new to linux so the reason I need help is probably just user error (i.e. me, not a bug)
I'm relatively confidant that my only problem is setting the permissions so that squeezecenter can shutdown/suspend etc. Can someone post an idiots guide to do this for ubuntu/xubuntu. Any further confirmation on other ubuntu setup specifics would also be appriciated, (what folders to copy things to etc.) but I'm pretty sure it's just the permissions thing. I've read through the provided readme and debian guide with no luck. I couldn't get the provided setup script to work. It just gave me errors. Thanks so much for any help. -- philly4 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ philly4's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=21901 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=48521 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/plugins
