Ok, maybe it's a good idea to at least mention this requirement in the
description in the repository XML. 
At the moment Linux users are going to try to download it though
Extension Downloader and it will just fail when you try to use it, this
is what happend to me.

Remember that on some installations a user might be using Linux without
being a linux expert, for example on NAS installations. But maybe
HTML::FormatText it's included in NAS installations ?
