Those are the standard LastFM plugins - are you actually trying to use SqueezeScrobbler or just having problems with the standard plugin?
For those still having problems with SqueezeScrobbler in 7.3 I suggest deleting any SqueezeScrobbler installation, and installing via the new Extension Downloader plugin. You need to add the repository at http://slimscrobbler.sourceforge.net/repository.xml to the list of repositories and then check the install box by SqueezeScrobbler.
