Hi, You can make an -/etc/init.d/squeezeslave- script (start with copying an other -/etc/init.d/- script) that can be configured to start up at certain run levels. On fedora, you can configure the startup runlevels with -chkconfig-, but I think you have to use -sysv-rc-conf- or -update-rc.d- on Ubuntu.
It would be nice if squeezeslave implements a ---daemon- option that would 'daemonize' the process (disconnect it from the tty and such). Currently, my own -/etc/init.d/- start-up script keeps too many processes running. -- ivy ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ivy's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=22914 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=57368 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/plugins
