There is no pre-defined template for it at the moment. However, it makes sense to add the same option for random albums as currently is available for random songs if you launch the Dynamic Playlist mixer from a genre.
The mixer is launched by holding play down for a while on the item or by clicking the PL buttons in the web interface. This will just launch a dynamic playlist of random albums within the genre, it won't let you select which one to play it will start playing the first it finds immediately.
