I am not sure if this has been asked before. I was not able to find anything with my searches.
I have my PC with a decent sound card hooked up to my multi-room amplifier. I have Squeezecenter and Softsqueeze running on the PC. I know squeezecenter can stream music over the network but what I would like to do is have controls (touch screens, remote controls, etc....) around the house play music off of this PC. Can you control softsqueeze remotely using RS-232 or TCP/IP? I assume I need a player like softsqueeze on this PC to get sound out.
