If you have entered that you like to scan a "CONDUCTOR" tag I think that might cause the problems you are seeing. I think standard SqueezeCenter scans CONDUCTOR tags, so if you also scan them with Custom Scan you will get duplicates if you have entered a tag name in the "Conductor tags" field in the "Mixed Tag" configuration. If this is the situation, I think the correct solution should be to remove CONDUCTOR from the configuration in the "Custom Tag" scanning module.
