Have you authorized your squeezenetwork account in your LastFM account ? You could also use lastfmproxy. This is a python application which allows most hard or soft players to connect to LastFM. I used this with my Roku Soundbridge and while not so user friendly as the LastFM plugin in squeezecenter did work very well.
