Ok, I've been searching for about an hour now. I have this problem and I know I'm not alone.
Sirius works great with hardware players but will not work with SoftSqueeze. (looks like it's playing buy no sound) From what I can tell it's because Siruis outputs a WMA stream that my client running SoftSqueeze cannot decode. It looks like there is an 83 page post that the answer may be in there somewhere, but I can't find it and I'm sick of looking through it. So, for an XP box running SoftSqueeze 3.7, and another XP box running SC 7.3.2, how can I get this to work? I'm assuming/hoping there is a simple plug-in I need to install on the client to aid in decoding. . .
